Colombia part deux.
So my rear sprocket is not looking great, the old chain has worn fast and so will the new one until I can find a replacement... Can not get this part out here and postage is a bit dodge so hanging on till a part is flown out with either Marcel's folks or my Brother may come to Peru.
Anyways off we go Marcel on his Africa Twin, heading to Los Estoraques. A crazy rocky valley.
We cross the flat wetlands en route for a stopover at Santa Cruz de Mompox.

so early start and we get into the eastern mountans
little bit o dirt
and the lovey town of La Playa de Belén next to the Los Estoraques rock formations.
The bike had overheated on the way hear and boiled away all the radiator fluid...
Found a blown fuse, must have happened after I 'fixed' the 12v outlet.
Anyways we're off again...
back though the mountains to Medallin.
Stop for lunch here, lovely lady served lovely food and gave us this funny fruit of her tree. V sweet and delicous!
That night we stay at a roadside hostal... Tomorrow its the big one, the party town of MedellÃn!
