Gotta make time... for Tequila!

Sadly my tools either shook themselves out of the tool tube, or were stolen.

I stopped at a hardware store in the next big town, the stools thsindicate how speedy the service is.

I ask the lad at the desk if he has any bright ideas how to lock the tool tube - he takes one look at the bike says "what happened!" All shocked... it's not that bad I say!

I head to a pretty town called Zacatecas,

they all trundle off, a PA opens up.. . Its a teen beauty queen contest!

Anyway got to shake a leg, next day and many miles later and I arrive at...TEQUILA!

Found an airbnb for $15, got two nights

Bit of an edgy town but as with the last town, the colonial style makes me think i'm in Spain. Until you see neon church crosses..

Next day is tour day at a Tequila factory, I've prepared myself with smoothie for breakfast.

This woman is the owner and a lovely, smiling charismatic lady. She shows me the ingredients i'm having - apple, basil, coriander and cactus!

It's good.

So I've given myself 2 days, to find the prefect margarita... I tried but failed. Found this place though

famous for inventing a cocktail of Salt, lime, coke and tequila.

Taste ok but its not like I haven't had it before!

Anyway it's and footie final so it's a nothing going on tonight.

did an oil change... 1000 miles too many, its like treacle.

bought myself freshly made tortilla only 7 pesos for 20.
